What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address.
• Browser preferences: your cookie choice, theme and language — see our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it & legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide our consultancy — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To send you news, if you subscribe — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (withdraw anytime).
• To keep the site working and secure — our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Sharing

We never sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising. If we later rely on processors (e.g. email or scheduling tools), we will list them here and put data-processing agreements in place.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to help you, plus any period required by law, after which we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — just email info@escapetowns.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.
